Our door opening service guarantees that you have access to your apartment even if temporarily you are not in possession of your apartments key. If you have completely lost your key, you have a responsibility to inform us about it without delay. If you have lost your key, follow these instructions.

In most of our properties the door opening service is managed by Securitas. However, there are some exceptions. See the exceptions and instructions for them on the bottom of this page.

The cost of calling a business number beginning with 0204 from Finland is 8,35 cents/call + 16,69 cents/min. (Traficom, 2023)

The service costs 32 euros.
When a Securitas guard arrives to open the door, they will give you a service agreement. After that, they will send you an invoice by post. Pay the invoice by bank transfer using the payment details provided on the invoice. The invoice will also include the due date by which the payment must be made.

Note! If you do not pay the invoice by the due date, it can no longer be paid to Securitas and the price of the door opening service will increase. See the instructions below for how to pay a late invoice.

If you do not pay the invoice by the due date, you can no longer pay for the door opening service to Securitas. The collection of the invoice will be transferred to Hoas, which will result in an increased price for the door opening. When invoiced by Hoas, the cost of the door opening service is 53 euros. This price includes the invoice Securitas charges Hoas (47 €) and a handling fee (6 €).

You must be officially registered as a tenant by Hoas to request the door opening service. You need to prove your identity by showing an official photo ID to the guard.

Hoas provides details of secondary tenants to Securitas. Remember to provide us with the secondary leasing agreement on time so the secondary tenant can request the door opening if needed.
