Each academic year, we provide over 950 exchange students with a furnished room or apartment. We have developed this service in close co-operation with universities in Helsinki metropolitan area to create the easiest and most comfortable exchange student living in Helsinki area.
How to apply for an apartment?
Applying for housing is easy. Follow these instructions and your application is valid in no time.
Applying for exchange student apartment
You can apply for Hoas exchange student apartment if you are participating in an exchange program in one of our co-operating schools and your campus is in Helsinki, Espoo, or Vantaa.

We offer three types of apartments for exchange students. All exchange student apartments are furnished.

Exchange students enjoy our more extensive services. Internet connection is free for everyone and sauna and laundry are yours to book free of charge.
