Hoas whistleblowing channel
In Hoas’s whistleblowing channel, you can submit a report of suspected serious misconduct in accordance with the Whistleblowing Directive and the Act on the Protection of Persons Reporting Breaches of EU Law. Reports are processed confidentially and in compliance with the requirements of the whistleblower protection legislation.

We aim to provide an acknowledgment of receipt within seven days. During the processing, we may request additional information. Feedback on measures taken will be provided within three months.
Reports intended for the whistleblowing channel include, for example, suspicions of:
- corruption or bribery
- fraud or financial misconduct
- serious safety deficiencies
- violations of law or ethical guidelines
- misconduct in the operations of partners or at worksites (e.g. contractors, subcontractors)
Please note that this channel is not intended for:
- Disturbances to living peace (e.g. noise, neighbor disturbances)
