Free internet

As a Hoas tenant you get an internet connection as a free additional service. You only need to have your own ethernet network cable to be able to connect to internet. Your internet service provider depends on the property you live on.

In most of our properties the internet service provider is DNA. You can use Hoasnet 200 Mbp/s without cost. At your Hoas-home you’ll also have DNAs cable TV-channels.

If you have problems with your internet, please contact DNA directly by calling them at +358 800 300 500. Tell them that you are a Hoas tenant, and that you are using Hoasnet provided by DNA.

Hoas tenants at Otaniemi can use Otaniemi area campus network Trinet. See the instructions on how to start using Trinet on their site. If you have problems with your connection, contact Trinet directly following instructions found on their site, here.

At Juusintie the internet is provided by Telia. To start using Hoasnet you’ll need an Ethernet cable (RJ-45) and your Hoas customer number. You can find your customer number for example at your rent bill which can be found at MyHoas. Follow these instructions to find your rent bill in MyHoas.

If you wish to have a Wi-Fi at your home, you’ll need to purchase your own router.
