In urgent matters (such as pipe leaks or broken windows), please call Hoas customer service.

You can send, edit, update, and delete your housing application on out Housing application page. You can also accept or reject your housing offer there.

MyHoas is available to you as soon as you have signed your tenancy agreement. You can register for MyHoas to log in with a username and password in the future. Alternatively, you may access the service each time through secure identification with online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.

MyHoas is an online service for tenants, where you can find information related to your apartment, contact customer service, submit fault reports, check your payment status, update your contact information, apply for a parking space, and manage many other housing-related matters.

Hoas Booking is a reservation service where you can book a time slot for using the sauna or laundry facilities. You will receive login credentials by email when your tenancy agreement begins.

In join tenancy agreements, both tenants receive their own personal login credentials. However, the available number of slots is shared between the tenants.

You can terminate your tenancy with this form. Notice period is one calendar month when tenant terminates the agreement. Read more about termination of tenancy.

You can edit and update your application on our Housing application page. Order a single-use link to your email and click the link to edit your application.

You can accept the housing offer and pay the deposit in our online service. When logging in for the first time, you need to register as a user.
