MyHoas is available to you once your tenancy agreement has started. If you log in to MyHoas before the start of your tenancy agreement, you will not yet see information about your new home.
Before you contact our customer service you should check the service requests section. Remember that sauna and laundry room reservations are made through Hoas Booking.

- Update your study status
- Apply for permission for a DIY renovation
- Sublease your apartment
- Report change in personal information
