The collected data does not include a person’s name, personal identity number, or other directly identifying information. Users’ IP addresses are not stored. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors to the Hoas.fi website based on this data.

Some cookies are necessary for our website to function properly. We use cookies on our site to enable the Hoas customer service chat (Giosg).

We also use cookies for remarketing and to personalise ads. Hoas displays ads about available apartments or additional services to tenants.

To personalise ads, third party service providers, such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, Messenger, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter, may link usage information from the Hoas site with information they have collected through their own services.

How long cookies are saved on your device can vary. The time when they are scheduled to expire is calculated from the last date you visited the homepage. When cookies expire, they are automatically deleted. You can view a complete list of cookies below.

You can always reject cookies on your computer, tablet or phone by changing your browser settings. Where these settings can be found depends on the type of browser you are using.
