Open house at Siltakuja on April 3 – Welcome!

Siltakuja 2 will be completed after a basic renovation in summer 2025. Applications for the apartments are already open. Now you have the chance to visit and explore the apartments at Siltakuja in person!

What? Open house, featuring studios and two-room apartments for students.

Where? Siltakuja 2, Espoo. The apartments for viewing are on the 4th floor of stairwell C, one floor above courtyard level. Entry from the courtyard – signs will guide you.  

When? Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 3 PM to 5 PM. No registration is required – you can arrive freely. Please note that the area is still an active construction site and movement is only allowed along the routes designated by Hoas.

At the viewing, you can also enter a raffle for movie tickets. We’ll draw four Finnkino movie tickets among the participants. Welcome!

Siltakuja 2 is located in Espoon keskus, next to the train station and the Entresse shopping center.

The Omnia campuses in Espoon keskus are right next door, and it takes about 30 minutes by train to reach campuses in Leppävaara (e.g., Laurea) or Metropolia’s Karamalmi campus.

Siltakuja offers studios, two-room, and a three-room apartments for rent.

If you’re interested in the apartments at Siltakuja, fill out a housing application and make sure that the area Espoon keskus-Suvela and the property Siltakuja 2 are selected on your application.

You can also write in the additional information field that you are specifically interested in the renovated apartments in this property. Be sure to attach a valid student certificate no older than three months to your application. Please note that not everyone who applies will receive a housing offer, even though a large number of apartments will become available for rent at once.

Tenancy agreements will start on July 1, 2025.
