Renovated Student Apartments in Espoon keskus
The basic renovation of Siltakuja 2 has been completed in June 2025. The renovation has been carried out in staircases A-F. The property also has apartments in the G staircase, which was completed in 2013. The only elevator on the property is located in stairwell G.
The apartments in staircases A-F are studios as well as spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for families, friends, or couples. The kitchens, bathrooms, and floors of the apartments have been completely renovated.
The apartments are cozy and modern. The floors are light wood-colored vinyl planks. The kitchen cabinets are light sand-colored, and the countertops are stone-patterned laminate. The bathroom has warm gray tiles.
The building has common areas for residents, a gym, and a spacious laundry room.
The Siltakuja apartments are located close to good transport connections and diverse services. The train station is a few minutes' walk away, and it takes about half an hour to travel to the center of Helsinki.
In the nearby Kauppakeskus Entresse, there are grocery stores, restaurants, hairdressing and cosmetic services, as well as cultural services such as a versatile library and the Helinä Rautavaara Museum. The Kannusali, which offers cultural experiences, is located just on the other side of the railway.
There are also good leisure opportunities nearby. The Keski-Espoo swimming hall and sports hall, as well as the Kirkkojärvi sports park, offer a variety of sports options. There are also excellent outdoor areas nearby.
Omnia's campuses in Espoon keskus are located right next to Siltakuja. You can reach the educational institutions in Leppävaara by train in about twenty minutes, as well as the Metropolia Karamalmi campus.

A water fee is applied in stairwells A to F of the property. Stairwell G will have a water fee applied starting from January 1, 2026. The water fee will be charged as a monthly advance along with the rent payment and will be reviewed every four months. The water fee is €25 for studios, €35 for one-bedroom apartments, and €50 for two-bedroom apartments per month.
