New studio and family apartments to Kalasatama
In Kalasatama at Työpajankatu 4, 55 new student homes are expected to be finished by September 2022. The six-storey building right next to the metro station will include a total of 45 studios and 10 family apartments.
The studio apartments are 23-29 square metres and the two-room apartments 40 square metres. On the patio side there are three studio apartments with private entrance.
On the ground floor there is bicycle storage space, a laundry room with tumble dryers, and a club room for tenants. The top floor has a sauna and a terrace available to all tenants.
Työpajankatu 4 is a car-free property. Each tenant has a numbered bike rack space in the secure bike storage.
Renting starts soon – how to apply for an apartment on Työpajankatu
The renting of the new homes in Kalasatama starts soon and the first tenants will get to move in in September 2022.
If you are interested in living at this new property and you already have a valid application pending, you can update your application by adding Kalasatama to your preferred areas. Check that your maximum rent level is high enough, too. New applicants may apply to Työpajankatu by filling out a housing application and including Kalasatama to the preferred areas.
