Majurinkulma 2 is located within walking distance of the many services in the centre of Leppävaara. Leppävaara sports park, outdoor pool, horse stables and Vermo racecourse are located in the area. There are some parks in the area and it is not far from the sea. Leppävaara has very good connections by bus and train towards both Espoo and Helsinki. The light rail provides quick access to Otaniemi and Keilaniemi, as well as to the Helsinki side all the way to Itäkeskus.
Laurea Leppävaara is about 2 kilometres away from the property. Metropolia Karamalmi and Aalto University Otaniemi campuses are a little over 5 kilometres' distance away. Ammattiopisto Live is about 2 kilometres away and Omnia Leppävaara is just under one kilometre away.
