Sijainti ainoa hyvä puoli, ja se onkin erinomainen. Puisto ja ranta lähellä, kaikkiin palveluihin kävelymatka. Bussi, ratikka ja metro kulkevat kaikki läheltä. Huoneissa ruma muovimatto. Melko hiljaista oli kun asuin, mikä johtui joko siitä, ettei näissä asunnoissa huvitakaan hauskaa pitää, tai sitten hyvästä äänieristyksestä. Muuten itse huoneessa ei valitettavaa, kesällä ei tullut kuuma eikä talvella kylmä. Keittiö on pieni ja ankea loukko, jonne ei pääse luonnonvaloa jos huoneiden ovet ovat kiinni. Löytyy kaikki tarvittava. Suihku ja vessa niinikään ahtaita, mutta kyllä niitäkin käyttää. Lähistöllä (Hietaniemenkadun puolella) melko rauhatonta. Ulkona portailla alkoi asumisaikani loppua kohden hengailla epäilyttävää sakkia sekä yläkoululaisia kuin kotonaan. Rikas opiskelijaelämä pitää huolta metelistä. Suosittelen kohdetta, jos prioriteettina on hyvä sijainti ja kykenee soluelämään. Muuten hintaan nähden melko ankea asumus.
