Very popular property, very rarely available apartments.
The small, three-storey apartment block in Kasperinkuja is at a distance of roughly 1,5 kilometres from the centre of Laajasalo. This quiet area is close to the sea. There are great parks offering good opportunities for outdoor exercise. Laajasalo is well connected to Herttoniemi, which in turn allows fast access to the centre of Helsinki and elsewhere. Once the Kruunusillat project is completed, there will be a fast and smooth tram connection to the city. Tram service is scheduled to begin in 2027. The bridge will open to pedestrian and bicycle traffic in spring 2026, allowing for quick and easy access across the sea to the city centre by bike.
The whole property received a facelift in 2018. In the renovation kitchen cupboards and wardrobes were renewed. The floors are grey vinyl tile.
There is a club room for the tenants. The property has parking spaces that residents can reserve for themselves for an additional fee.
