Apartments of three new Hoas buildings now for rent in Myllypuro
In December and January three new Hoas buildings will be ready for new tenants in Myllypuro. Renting of these new apartments has begun and starting time of tenant agreements in each address are:
- Yläkiventie 9 December 2022
- Myllymatkantie 7 December 2022
- Yläkiventie 7 January 2023
If you are interested in living in Myllypuro and you already have a valid apartment application in our system, you can update it by adding Myllypuro to your selected areas. Remember to check that your maximum rent is high enough. New applicants can submit their applications by filling in the form and adding Myllypuro to their area list.
There are mainly studio apartments and some two-room apartments, which are rented as family apartments. The fourth Myllypuro Hoas building (Yläkiventie 4) will be completed in spring 2023 and offered for renting later this autumn.
