Everyone moving into Hoas home automatically receives five move-in letters via email, in which we provide the most essential and timely information regarding the move and living at Hoas. On this page, you’ll find links to the letters.

Letters are sent to the email address you used to submit your housing application and that appears in your personal information in MyHoas. If you have not received your move-in letters, please contact our customer service.
