All tenants moving out of Hoas will automatically receive five move-out letters via email, in which we provide the most important and timely information regarding moving out of Hoas. On this page, you’ll find links to the letters.

The first letter will be sent about one month before your tenancy ends. The letters will be sent to the email address listed in your profile on MyHoas. If you haven’t received your move-out letters, please contact our customer service.
