Beautiful student homes in Niittykumpu, Espoo
A total of 272 modern student homes are being built on Riihitontuntie in Niittykumpu Espoo, offering a comfortable and functional home close to Niittykumpu metro station. Most of the apartments are studios, but there are also two-room apartments and a few spacious three-room apartments with stunning glassed-in balconies.
The apartments are equipped to a high standard and have a modern look. White walls and slightly darker wood-effect vinyl floors create a harmonious atmosphere. The kitchen cabinets are in a light oak, the countertop is light grey with a marble-patterned laminate, and the backsplash is white. Kitchens come with a dishwasher and waste sorting bins for seven different categories.
The tenants have access to great common areas. There is a spacious 100 m² club room, saunas, two laundry rooms, a small outdoor gym, and fitness stairs for a stair-climbing workout. Each apartment has its own numbered bike space in a locked storage area, and parking spaces can be reserved in the semi-heated parking hall.
