The property is in the immediate vicinity of the Pitäjänmäki train station and public transport connections to the centre of Helsinki and elsewhere are excellent. There are many options for activities and outdoor excercise at the nearby Tali outdoor recreation area.
Soundproofed apartments in the C staircase are very well suited for music students. The only lift of the property is located in the C staircase. Each apartment is equipped with either a balcony or a terrace.
There is a private bathroom in each of the rooms in shared apartments.
The environment is family friendly. There is a playground and swings in the yard. A bigger playground Nuoli is less than one kilometre away.
There is a club room and a gym for the tenants.
