Paraistentie 18 is a small three-storey, brick-walled apartment block. It is located in the quiet Ruskeasuo area right next to Keskuspuisto park. Keskuspuisto offers extensive opportunities for outdoor exercise as well as an allotment garden and even horse stables. Pasila campus and Tripla shopping centre are quickly reached through Keskuspuisto by walking or by bike. Meilahti campus is located under 2 kilometres away from the property. The public transport connections to Helsinki city centre are also fast.
Two smaller houses have been built on the yard in 2013. Both houses consist of studios and loft family apartments.
Paraistentie 18 apartments are shared apartments and studios. There are two room apartments for families. Each apartment has either own garden, a terrace or a balcony.
