A basic renovation will start at the property in March of 2025. Due to the renovation we don't make new tenancy agreement to this property at the moment. The renovation will be finished in spring of 2026.

This property in central Helsinki is a few minutes' walk from the Kamppi shopping centre and other city services. Nearby is also a green park area and the popular Hietaniemi beach. Hanken Svenska Handelshögskolan and Perho culinary school are just around the corner.
