Kalevalantie 4 offers modern living in an excellent location in Pohjois-Tapiola – just a 15-minute walk from Aalto University’s Otaniemi campus.
This new student building features 213 well-equipped homes, including studios and two-room apartments. All apartments have light-colored surfaces, wood-effect laminate flooring and white kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Everyday convenience is enhanced with a dishwasher and versatile recycling options in the kitchen. Bathrooms have a space reserved for a 45 cm wide washing machine.
The building includes shared facilities such as a club room, saunas, laundry, and a small outdoor fitness area with some exercise equipment. Each apartment has a personal numbered bike rack spot in a locked bicycle storage area, and there is a parking area on the premises for those with cars.
The location is ideal for both studying and leisure. Public transport connections are convenient: Otaniemi campus is a 15-minute walk away, Leppävaara can be reached by bus in 12 minutes, Helsinki city center is about 30 minutes away by metro, and Tapiola’s Ainoa shopping center is a 15-minute bus ride or a 25-minute walk. Additionally, the stop for light rail line 15, which runs between Keilaniemi and Itäkeskus, is just an 8-minute walk away.
Daily shopping is easy with an S-Market located just across the street from the building.
The property has consumption-based water billing. Water is charged as a monthly advance together with rent and is adjusted every four months. The water advance is €25 for studio apartments and €35 for two-room apartments.
