This property consists of small, light-coloured apartment blocks in a peaceful setting on the edge of a forest. The Kera train station is only a short walk from the property. Kauniainen, set in the middle of Espoo, is a verdant area with very good opportunities for outdoor activities. The property is co-owned by Hoas and the city of Kauniainen.
The property has a cosy yard area. Saunas, laundry, storage spaces as well as a spacious club room are located in a separate building in the yard. The area is family friendly.
