Hoas Huippu – urban living in a student block in Pasila
In a prime transportation hub, right next to Pasila railway station and the Tripla shopping centre, a new block offers 359 student homes. Three high-rise towers and three seven-storey apartment buildings form a vibrant student quarter.
The apartments have a modern look. White walls and wood-patterned vinyl plank flooring provide a neutral base for your own furnishings and decorative touches. The kitchen cabinets are white, with a light stone-patterned laminate countertop and a champagne-coloured composite backsplash. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher and containers for sorting seven types of waste. The bathroom has a reservation for a 45 cm wide washing machine.
