About us
The Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region (Hoas) is a non-profit foundation established at the Old Student House on November 25, 1969, by students, for students. The goal was to provide housing for all students, and we have been doing so for over 50 years. Hoas works in cooperation with the student unions of the University of Helsinki and Aalto University, as well as 10 other university and polytechnic student unions.
