We use cookies to collect information about how users browse the site. Google Analytics and Matomo are used to look at how users navigate to our site, how long users spend on the site, the way users navigate through the site, and which pages are the most popular ones. We also collect information about users’ devices and browsers. We use Hotjar to analyse the usability of our site and to create visitor polls. This allows us to improve or website features and services to better meet the needs of our users.

We also use Leadoo’s tracking service to follow what users are doing on the site and combine this behavioral data with other data we can gather from interactions designed with Leadoo’s tools. Leadoo uses etag tracking in order to hook together the same users behavior over several sessions – in practice this works similarly to cookie based tracking. Leadoo works as the Processor and we work as the Controller for the data in terms of GDPR. You can stop the tracking by emptying your browser’s cache after the visit. Some cookies are necessary for our website to function properly. We use cookies on our site to enable the Hoas customer service chat (Giosg).

We also use cookies for remarketing and to personalise ads. Hoas displays ads about available apartments or additional services to tenants.

To personalise ads, third party service providers, such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, Messenger, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter, may link usage information from the Hoas site with information they have collected through their own services.

How long cookies are saved on your device can vary. The time when they are scheduled to expire is calculated from the last date you visited the homepage. When cookies expire, they are automatically deleted. You can view a complete list of cookies below.
