Faults in business premises rented from Hoas should be reported using the designated fault report form for commercial tenants. Fault reports are processed on weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM. If a fault occurs outside service hours and the situation is urgent, please call Securitas’ service number at +358 20 491 2720.
