Tenancy agreement
Once you have accepted the apartment offer, we will verify your right to occupancy based on the attachments you have provided. If everything is in order, we will send you an invitation via email to sign the tenancy agreement electronically.
The tenancy agreement is confirmed once all parties have signed it. After signing, you can no longer cancel the tenancy agreement; instead, it must be terminated in accordance with the Act on Residential Leases (Section 52) if necessary.
