Furniture – all exchange student apartments come furnished with basic equipment.

Extensive maintenance services for exchange students. If something needs repairing, fill a fault report in MyHoas

Free internet for studying and leisure. You’ll need just your own Ethernet cable to use internet, or router if you want a Wi-Fi. Hoasnet is provided by DNA, follow DNA’s instructions on how to activate the internet in your apartment.

Home insurance covers damages to your property in case of theft, water damage, or fire in the building. Hoas insurance doesn’t cover all occasions, so we recommend that you consider getting an insurance for your valuable belongings.

Laundry rooms are for tenants to wash their laundry free and easy. Make a reservation to the laundry room in Hoas Booking. You can use all machines in laundry room: dryers, drying cabinets, spin dryers and drying rooms.

Sauna for free. Make a reservation beforehand in Hoas Booking. Depending on your property, you can reserve sauna for three or five times per month.

Common areas and tenant activity offers options for your spare time. In most of our properties, there is at least a club room and sometimes a gym or other common areas. Tenant activity is all about getting to know your neighbors and having fun together. Read more about tenant activity here.

Storage spaces for you to use to store your larger items. For example, use the outdoor equipment storage to keep your bike safe!

Parking is available at most of our properties. You need to apply for your own parking space separately. A parking spot costs a separate fee.
