Accessible housing

Many of the Hoas’ new properties are accessible. The buildings have wider doorframes and hallways which are also suitable for wheelchair users.

Tell us about your need for accessible housing on the additional information field of the application form, so we are able to try to find a suitable home for you.

Additionally, there is a housing unit for persons with disabilities at one of our properties in Lauttasaari (Haahkakuja 5). The housing unit is managed by Vamlas. Vamlas provides and develops housing services for youth with disablities by offering them homes that have been designed with consideration to barrier-free environment and around the clock access to service. Vamlas is in charge of selecting tenants for the apartments they manage.
