A new tool helps you check your final cleaning
How do you know if your apartment is clean enough before you move out? Hoas is testing a new final cleaning inspection tool that helps you check your cleaning before returning your keys.
The tool guides you through the apartment step by step. You take photos of the cleaned apartment, and AI uses the photos to assess the cleaning. If something still needs cleaning, you have time to fix it before returning your keys.
The aim is to help tenants complete their move-out cleaning carefully and avoid unexpected cleaning charges after moving out.
The AI assessment is a recommendation. The final assessment of the apartment’s cleanliness and any cleaning charges is always made by a person.
The tool is currently being tested with tenants who are moving out of studio apartments.
