Isolated cracks have been detected in the windows of Tuuliniitty 1 – the cause is being investigated

A number of isolated window breakages have been observed at our property, Tuuliniitty 1, located in Tapiola. In most cases, the outer pane of the window has cracked or developed fractures. At this stage, the cause of the damage is not yet known.

We take this matter seriously. The safety of our tenants is important to us.

All windows at the property will be inspected during the summer so that the cause of the damage can be thoroughly investigated. Our goal is to identify the cause of the problem and, based on that, plan and carry out the necessary repairs. Tenants will be notified of the inspections in advance.

The schedule for the necessary repairs will be confirmes during the autumn. We will keep the tenants of the building informed about the progress of the matter and upcoming measures as soon as more information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our tenants.

No similar incidents has been observed at our other properties.
