Hoas service center is moving to Pasila
Due to our move, our service desk will be closed from May 12–18, and there will be no customer service available at the office. At our new location, the service desk will open to customers on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. At that time, customer service will transition to an appointment system.
The service desk in Kamppi will be open for the last time on Monday, May 11, from 12 noon to 3 pm. Customer service is available through other channels during their regular opening hours. Please note that on Wednesday, May 13, and Thursday, May 14, all service channels will be closed all day.
The new address for the Hoas Service Center is Höyrykatu 1, Helsinki. The Service Center is located west of the Pasila train station, just a few minutes’ walk from the station. The entrance is on the ground floor at the end of the Hoas Huippu buildings facing Tripla.
Customer service by appointment
Going forward, in-person customer service at our service center will be available by appointment only. Appointments can be made on weekdays between 10 am and 3 pm. Each appointment lasts 25 minutes.
Appointments can be booked via the booking calendar, which will be published on our website about a week before customer service begins at the new address. A link to the booking calendar will be posted on the contact details page of our website.
