Message visibility issue fixed in MyHoas

Update 19.1.2026: System error has been fixed and all messages can be read in MyHoas.

Messages sent by Hoas to its customers are currently not visible in MyHoas at all, even if the customer has received an email notification about the message.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to fix the issue as soon as possible.
