Is your rent still unpaid?
he rent due date is today. If you haven’t paid your rent yet, you can do so via your online bank. You can find your personal reference number and the recipient’s account number in the attachments included with your tenancy agreement and in the rental fee adjustment letter. You can check this year’s rent amount in your online bank.
However, do not copy a previous payment made through MyHoas in your online bank, as the payment details will then be incorrect. The rental fee adjustment letter was sent to you by email and as a paper letter to your home address in October.
When paying your rent, please use the official name of the recipient as shown on your invoice. The official names of Hoas are:
- Helsingin seudun opiskelija-asuntosäätiö sr
- Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region sr
- Helsingforsregionens studentbostadsstiftelse sr
If the full official name does not fit in the designated field, write as much of the beginning of the name as the field allows. Always start with the official name – do not use abbreviations or extra spaces.
