Key pickup and return process is being improved

Starting in November, picking up keys for a new apartment will become easier, as keys can be collected from a key pick-up machine located near the new home. Additionally, when moving out, keys will be returned to a machine.

From tenancy agreements starting in November, tenants will pick up their new home’s keys from a key pick-up machine near the apartment. These machines are mainly located in grocery stores operated by the K Group. This means keys can be picked up at a time that suits the tenant better, as the machines are available during the stores’ opening hours.

Key returns will also be handled via these machines starting from tenancy agreements ending at the end of October. The updates apply to both tenants and commercial space renters.

Key management and the machine network will be handled by Caverion Suomi Oy.
