Hoas Huippu rising in Pasila – apply now!

The largest student housing building in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Hoas Huippu, is nearing completion. The first tenants will be able to move into their new homes as early as October 2025. You can now apply for an apartment in Hoas Huippu.

A new student quarter is currently being built in Pasila, consisting of three tower buildings and three lower apartment buildings. The towers will rise up to 17 stories high, while the lower buildings will each have seven floors. Altogether, the quarter will offer nearly 400 new student homes. With the arrival of students, this developing urban area will gain a vibrant and youthful energy.

The majority of the apartments in Huippu are studio flats of 22–24 square meters, tailored to meet the housing needs of today’s students. These modern apartments are suitable both for remote studying and for relaxing from the bustle of daily life (and every apartment conveniently includes a dishwasher). To balance the independence of living alone, Huippu features numerous low-threshold communal spaces that foster a sense of community. Tenants will have access to club rooms, a sauna, a gym, a multipurpose space, rooftop terraces, and bicycle parking.

Huippu will welcome its first tenants in three phases. The first to move in will be the tenants of building B, whose tenancy agreements start on October 1. The following month, in November, building C will also fill with students as tenancy agreements begin on November 1. Building A will be completed later in spring 2026. The current rental round applies to apartments in buildings B and C. Huippu offers studio and two-room apartments:

When the first tenants move into Huippu, the entire quarter will not yet be complete. Storage and communal facilities at Hoas Huippu will be completed in stages, and future tenants should be prepared for some temporary incompleteness. By summer 2026, the entire quarter will be fully operational. The area in general is still under development, and nearby plots will continue to have construction activity for some time.
