Smarter and easier payments in MyHoas: Now accepting bank, credit card, and mobile app payments
All payments related to Hoas tenancy can now be made with the most common bank and credit cards, MobilePay, Pivo, or Siirto payment applications, or online banking payments from a Finnish online bank in Hoas’s online services.
You can view and pay invoices that have already become due or are due within the next 30 days in the MyHoas service. In the service, you can also see the total amount of your invoices and pay all of them at once. If you wish, you can pay invoices in advance, even if they are not yet visible in the service.
Payments can be made through Finnish online banking, Visa or Mastercard card payments, or MobilePay, Pivo, or Siirto payment applications.
Paying a deposit or advance rent
In some cases, as a condition of the tenancy agreement, a prepaid deposit and advance rent may be required. These payments can also be handled directly through the electronic system when accepting the offer.
Visma Tampuuri acts as the merchant for the payments, and Visma Payments serves as the payment intermediary.
