We’ve made our tenant online services available for you in one place – just log in at myhoas.fi. You can find property notices, contact Hoas Service Center, submit fault reports, check your payment status, update your contact information, apply for a parking space, or take care of a number of other housing-related matters. It’s all there.
Fridge not working? Sauna not heating up? Outside lights not turning on?
If you notice something that needs fixing in your apartment, at the property or on the outdoor areas, please submit a fault report. And if possible, attach a photo or two.
Your payment status
MyHoas allows you to keep track of your paid and unpaid rent as well as any other payments. You can also check tenancy agreement details and see the amount of deposit paid.
If you’re moving out, make sure your personal information has up-to-date account details in order to get your deposit back.
Parking space, keys, study data
To make life easier for you, we’ve made a bunch of forms available in MyHoas under Forms. You can, for example, find forms to apply for a parking space, report a missing key, apply for permission to paint the walls in your apartment, or notify us of subleasing.
Register to use
When you use MyHoas for the first time, we will ask you to register. Registration includes verifying your identity, because the service processes your personal data. How to registrate?
