Temporary fault report form in use from 9th to 19th February 2023
Due to a system change, a temporary fault report form is in use from 9th to 19th February 2023.
When you fill out the fault, write your full address in the title field (street address, stair, apartment number, room number). By default, the apartment is accessed using a master key. If you do not want the apartment to be accessed using a master key, write information about it in the description field.
If you want to cancel your fault report or provide additional information about it, contact Hoas customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org or 09 5499 00 (weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
