Problem with Nordea payments on May 4–5

There was an issue with Nordea payments on May 4–5, 2026. During this period, payments made through MyHoas were not processed, even though Nordea had debited the money from the account.

Some tenants may have received a reminder message about unpaid rent. If your rent payment is not shown as paid in MyHoas, please contact your bank.
