Good to know

Upcoming facelift renovations are notified to tenants as soon as the renovation schedule has been confirmed.
Tenant will receive an apartment-specific schedule along with comprehensive information package 1-2 months before the beginning of the renovation.
Tenant can live in the apartment during the renovation but the preparation and living during the renovation will require tenant to be active and flexible party.

During a facelift renovation

Renovation in a single apartment will take approx. 7-12 days.
Renovation work is done between 8 am and 6 pm.
We don’t recommend staying in the apartment during the first days of the renovation work. After the workday is over you can return to the apartment – the apartment is cleaned from the day, and you can live in the apartment.
Floors and cabinets might be renewed in the apartment. We provide you with moving boxes to put your items in so that they can be easily moved around during renovation.
During the renovation your furniture and boxes will be carried from one room to another inside your apartment. You don’t need to protect your furniture.
As a result, you get an apartment with a remarkably more modern look!
