Certificates and forms from Hoas
Please contact our customer service in MyHoas or by email (customerservice@hoas.fi) if you need:
- Statement from the register of occupants (0 €, only in Finnish)
- Copy of your tenancy agreement (0 €)
You don’t need to provide tenancy agreement details or statement from the register of occupants to Kela. Hoas sends reports of the tenants’ tenancy details to the Kela for student aid verification purposes.
Please contact our payment services in MyHoas or by email (payments@hoas.fi) if you need:
- Certificate of rent payment records (10 €)
Other
- Hoas doesn’t fill in any forms for Kela or any other third party.
- Hoas doesn’t issue statements certifying that the tenant has been trustworthy (some foreign lessors may request this).
