Hälsningar till den blivande boende

Hello! We are currently three people living in the apartment and one of us is moving out. We are considerate roommates but also experienced with living other people: we keep the common areas clean. Living together also requires understanding that people have different routines and habits and that the apartment can't be 100% quiet all the time. However this is a very calm and quiet place to live and we appreciate that we can talk about issues that come up together. We are happy to get to know new roommates but also appreciate our own peace. We have a weekly cleaning schedule and divide the costs of toilet paper, soap and other utilities. We consider it polite if you let other people know when you are bringing guests over and overall appreciate a calm atmosphere. We don't need to be best friends but it's good to keep in mind basic good habits. :)
