Heya! I'll share the very basics and good-to-know stuff here, everything else can be discussed later: - I speak Finnish, Swedish and English :) I'm working on my master's thesis and am in the late stage of my studies. - This is a two person shared flat. - I've lived here 7 years now, so most of the common spaces are furnished and in active use. If you don't have a lot of furniture, it will be fine. If you have a lot, it might be tricky to fit it all, unless they fit in your room. - The kitchenware and the furniture in the shared spaces have usually been freely shared and utilized. Food and other consumable items are mainly privately used and owned, with some exceptions (e.g. toilet paper). - The bedrooms are private spaces. - There's no need to be hyperclean, but keeping it organized and tidy enough is a good approach. I have a dishwasher, it helps. The occasional small mess is no problem, but it's good to try to clean them up as soon as it is reasonable and to make sure the mess doesn't prohibit the other person from doing something (like using the kitchen). - My rhythm is very late, it's usual for me to go to bed between 4 and 6 am. We've had good habits of respecting each others bed times, but some normal sounds of life (making food, going to the bathroom, moving around in the living room) can of course occur at any time of the day (and are inevitable), so this flat might not be for people who are extremely sound sensitive. - As per my contract I can have pets in this flat, even though that's not included in recent contracts. This is good to know, because at least dogs are somewhat frequent visitors. If you're allergic or afraid of dogs, this might not be a good flat. - I spend a fair bit of time on my own, but it's nice to chat when we run into each other. Common activities can be fun too now and then (some viable options listed under "harrastamme yhdessä" / hobbies and activities or whatever the translation is) - Guests, even frequent ones (like partners) are of course allowed, but it's good to give a headsup when someone is visiting. Guests should naturally also respect the house rules (like not entering the private bedroom without permission). - If smoking, it is done outdoors. If using alcohol or other substances, hopefully it is done in moderation and it should not cause any disturbances in the flat. Sounds reasonable? Hopefully so! Anything else can be discussed later and of course all of the above can be discussed. This is an amazing flat at a great location, the houses feature well functioning services and it's all for a cheap price. If this sounds like it would work for you, then welcome!
